The Program

Returning Home

Returning home ready to take on life.

Returning home after completing treatment is the goal for most adolescent clients. By the time clients complete Phase II programming, they have learned how to navigate daily life on their own, the tools needed to sustain mental and physical well-being, and the skills to manage their mental health conditions. They have also been helped to establish a network of care providers in their home community to continue receiving psychological and psychiatric care.

Building bridges between life during treatment and life after is a primary focus on our work. Helping clients to transition from the supervised and supportive Turnbridge environment to home life and greater independence requires planning and practice for clients and family members.
